Just a little spontaneous post

For my 18th Birthday, my dad bought me my own personal desktop computer. Dad promised me a laptop though, i just declined because a laptop is quite sensitive and pretty expensive to maintain. But it's WiFi feature's really dreamy though.. Anyways, i'm very satisfied with my own PC, it's black and all mine!! XD

I was intending to post that on the night of my birthday, but i was just too tired (and lazy) to post it. Anyhoo, last night was one of the most scariest nights of my life. My PC was struck by lightning! (Thundaga'd as my brother put it.) Well.. not directly though. I think the lightning hit a nearby telephone post causing a surge of intense electricity to hit my poor internal modem via the phone line. It was my first time to see a smoking CPU. The mouse which i was still holding that time was also smoking. Not kidding, really. My brother witnessed it too. I was on the verge of tears because my PC's only 10 days old. Darn, talk about electronic misfortune.
But, it's all okay now. The only thing broken (or melted, rather) was the modem. It's still under the 1-year hardware warranty, so it was easily replaced by the store where we bought it. So now i'm up and posting again! XD

Last Saturday, me and my friends finally went bowling! Haha, it was helluva fun! For 50php, we were able to play out hearts out and wear those uber cool bowling shoes. I don't really suck at bowling, my ball always hits 2-3 pins and doesn't end up rolling on the gutter. Maybe that pink bowling ball was a lucky ball. I knew pink things are so into me! XD~

Geez, i'm a little worried with our qualifying exam result. In the Math portion of the exam, i was only able to answer half of it: 36/70. Darn! Why do i have to be so dang stupid when it comes to anything MATH?! X(
