I e-mailed Pol Medina (The author slash artist of the notoriously famous Pugad Baboy series in case you do not know.) this morning. I asked him if he's either a Kapamilya or a Kapuso. And here's what he answered:

Tipid sa sagot no? Nonetheless, it made me quite ecstatic. Aba, he's got a celebrity status here in the Philippines no, and yet he's so affable with his fans. Unlike other artistas na kahit kamote lang ang role e feel nila hollywood stars na sila. And He called me Ginto for crying out loud! Feeling close ha?! Sabagay, i called him "Mang pol" first. So, quits. xD

Don't you have days that just seem to be filled with never-ending crap? Those days when you feel so down and miserable, you get that ever-ready celphone of yours and browse through a lot of contacts to see if you can find somebody who cares? You see a lot of names and their corresponding numbers, yet you can't seem to find someone to talk to among that 300++ contacts you keep stored in your 64k sim. So you, desperately, goes online to check all the available instant messengers (yes, even that one you keep hidden from the other users of that PC) to see if any of your OL pals are there to cheer you through those annoying, yellow, moving smilies or respond to you with their "hehehe's" and "LOL's" used in a redundant cycle. But, look. As you run your eyes down the length of that IM pop-up menu, you see no one online, even those in the group you categorized as They must not see me. So in the end, you stay up until midnight, browsing the same old sites hoping to find something fresh to drown your misery in. Sad, isn't it? I know the feeling. I'm having that kind of day right now.

I want to cry. Please give me some tears to shed.
